I have supplied evidence of my registration status
I have supplied a copy of my Enhanced DBS (mandatory, even with a copy of NPVV3)
I have supplied my relevant qualification certificates (CSW minimum BSL Level 3) including any qualifications in the legal and/or healthcare domain
I have supplied proof of Right to Work (Valid British or Irish passport OR Birth Certificate OR Right to Work Share Code).
I have supplied 2 forms of proof of current address that are dated within the last 3 months: utility bill which can be electricity, water or gas / or a bank statement / credit card statement / mortgage statement.
I have supplied evidence of NPPV3, PAIT, CTC, SC, DV or other vetting/clearance (non mandatory)
I have supplied a copy of my current CV covering my last three years of employment and outlined any experience I have in the healthcare and/or legal domains
I have supplied copies of Sign Solutions signed confidentiality and data protection agreements.
BSL Translation Editors: I have supplied two samples of work
Sign Language Translators: I have supplied two samples of work
I have supplied evidence of my degree
I have supplied evidence of my experience working in healthcare and/or legal setting
I have provided a valid driver's license if I have one
