Sign Solutions is an interpreting agency for the provision of BSL interpreters and communication support for the Deaf and hard of hearing. The Company also delivers bespoke Interpreter Training and Assessment, different levels of BSL training and Deaf and DeafBlind Awareness Training.
We utilise technology to reduce the cost of delivery of Interpreting and training by using video interpreting and e-learning alternatives.
The Company is committed to working in partnership with service users, clients, interpreters, Translators, Trainers and Learners to offer the most cost effective and appropriate solutions.
We are passionate about providing a high quality service and acting with the utmost professionalism and to achieve this we are committed to using ISO 9001 as a tool to continually improve our service to all our customers, both internal and external.
We deliver our services in a secure and controlled environment via adherence to ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials as well as PCI compliance. Our systems and supply chain are pen tested and vetted to ensure secure delivery of services.
We will ensure the quality of our service provision and the skills of our people through a management cycle of planning, review, implementation and evaluation.
We have accessible contact methods so that clients whether Deaf or hearing can communicate with us on a regular basis to ensure we are meeting their expectations.
We will establish and review annually our quality/security objectives and manage the Management System through a team which will meet on a regular basis and will ensure that all employees are aware of and understand the quality/security policy and objectives.
